Product videos
A product image, a brand kit and a product brief go in. Script, keyframes and a finished vertical video come out — no shoot, no studio booking.
- Product image → script → keyframes → video
- Repeatable across a whole catalogue
Product · yawe.ai
yawe.ai started as an internal tool: we needed thirty product videos a month for stores we operate, and the agency answer was too slow and too expensive. It has been running on our own accounts since before we sold it to anyone else.
01 What it makes
01
A product image, a brand kit and a product brief go in. Script, keyframes and a finished vertical video come out — no shoot, no studio booking.
02
The cutdowns a store actually needs: hooks, comparisons, demos and offers, in the format the platform is currently rewarding.
03
A presenter you do not have to book. Useful for explainers, founder-led content and markets where you have no local talent yet.
04
For founders, creators and category experts — the same pipeline, pointed at a person rather than a product.
Product · 20s
A bottle turned to camera, one take.
UGC-style · 20s
Creator cadence, without hiring a creator.
UGC-style · 14s
Mirror-phone framing, the format the feed rewards.
Presenter · 30s
One spokesperson, reusable across a catalogue.
Presenter · 15s
A city backdrop, generated rather than booked.
02 The loop
A video tool stops when the file renders. This one runs the whole cycle — what gets made, where it goes, what came back, where the money went, and what to change next week. Every cycle writes into the same record.
Product, e-commerce and avatar videos, built from a brand kit instead of a brief that starts from zero.
Platform-native cutdowns and hooks, on the calendar the store actually sells on.
Views, watch-through, clicks and sales written back to the asset that produced them.
Spend behind the assets that sold, on your own account, at a fixed serving rate.
What to make next, what to stop making, and which format earned the next month.
Sharper with every cycle. Every cycle writes into the same record, so the second month is better informed than the first.

03 How it works
The brand kit does the heavy lifting: reference images, colour, tone, hooks and taglines are set once, then every batch inherits them. That is why thirty assets look like one brand.
performance data refines the kit
Videos that sell feed back into the kit: hooks that worked, formats that did not, the product angle that moved units. The library and the judgement both compound.
04 Pricing
Rates depend on volume, video length and how much of the operation you keep in-house, so we quote rather than publish a price list. The structure is the same for everyone.
Self-serve
Platform credits
You drive the system yourself. Credits are consumed per generation; the brand kit and templates are yours.
Done for you
Video production
We write the briefs, run the generations and hand over finished assets — the same team that runs our own stores.
Managed
AI livestream plans
AI-hosted live rooms with a human producer behind them, inside the platform’s live-selling rules.
BytePlus distributor
Distributor since October 2026. Model capacity — including the video models we render on — comes through our own distribution account rather than a retail reseller, so the run-rate is ours to plan against, not a retailer’s to change.
05 For agencies
If you are a service provider or an agency with stores under management, you can run yawe.ai under your own brand with our production team behind it. We would rather have a partner than a competitor in every market we are not in.
yawe.ai is one product line of Yawe Global Commerce. We are not a pure software company: if the content does not sell, the same team is accountable for the store.
