Services
Services, run as one pipeline.
You can buy any one of these on its own. Most clients end up with three or more, because the numbers only get interesting once the content, the media and the store agree with each other.
Store management
Shopping experienceThe store itself: opened, structured, priced and kept clean. Listings written for how people actually search in Malay, English or Malay-plus-English; orders, returns and disputes handled inside the platform.
- Store setup
- Product listings
- Order management
We also fix what arrives broken: EPLAS came in at 3.0 stars and left at 4.0 in thirty days.
Short and AI video
Brand awarenessProduct videos, educational videos and the AI cutdowns that make volume possible. One brand kit drives reference images, hooks and tone, so thirty assets a month look like one brand instead of thirty freelancers.
- Video production
- AI video creation
- Photo and video management
Produced in English, Malay and Mandarin. The AI pipeline is our own product, yawe.ai.
Livestreaming
Engagement and sales24/7 coverage where the maths justifies it, creator streams where the audience is a person rather than a store. Hosts on three-hour shifts, teaser videos feeding the room, and a producer watching the numbers live.
- Livestream planning
- Host management
- Live operations
Studios in Kuala Lumpur: teleprompter TV, Stream Deck, boom mic, softbox, rigid backdrop.
Live room · 55s
Mentholatum, on air
Two hosts, branded overlays, 20–30% offers and a full product table — the format behind the 24/7 coverage.
Training
Team capabilityWe teach the framework we run accounts with: store operations, content briefs, live hosting, creator outreach, and how to read the numbers afterwards — for client teams taking work in-house, or partners who need to sell it.
- Operator training
- Live hosting drills
- Playbooks and templates
Delivered in Kuala Lumpur or online; the same playbooks our operators use.
Creator affiliates
Audience reachThe slow, unglamorous work: recruiting creators one at a time, qualifying samples, writing the brief and the three follow-ups, and paying on commission rather than placement fees.
- Creator matching
- Partnerships
- Affiliate campaigns
For EPLAS we recruited 100+ creators in a month; 62 of them produced sales, 22% of GMV.
Campaigns
Sales growthCalendar-driven pushes around 9.9, 11.11, Ramadan and payday: which SKU goes on offer, at what depth, with which creative, and who is on the platform side that week.
- Campaign planning
- Platform coordination
- Pricing and offers
The MASDORA Ramadan campaign was the account’s biggest single session that quarter.
Paid advertising
Reach and conversionMedia bought on your own ad account at a fixed serving rate, with creative spend going where the first round of numbers says it should — not into the asset the client liked most.
- Ad campaigns
- GMV Max
- Affiliate ads
ROAS 9.05 on personal care; a full peak season of media managed for Mentholatum.
On site
Supply is in Yiwu. The buyers are in Malaysia. We work both ends.
Content and commerce are the same job for us, and sometimes that job happens in a room rather than on a phone. Two directions, one team.
Yiwu → Southeast Asia
Creators to the source
We take creators into the wholesale markets: itinerary, shooting schedule, live sessions and the buying, all in one trip. The audience sees real inventory at real prices, and the sourcing notes go straight into the store listing the same week.
China → Malaysia
Brands into the market
For Chinese suppliers running a launch, a showroom opening or a creator briefing in Malaysia, we run the local half: venue, invitations, hosts, run-of-show, creators on site, and the content captured through the day.
We are an operator, not an exhibition organiser. We run the creators, the content and the commerce around an event; the venue contract and the exhibition stand stay with you unless you ask otherwise.
Process
The first ninety days.
No six-month onboarding. The account is live in the first month, and the first three months look like this.
- Week 1–2
Audit and setup
Store health, listing quality, creator history, ad account structure. We fix the cheap things first and tell you what we would not spend money on.
- Week 3–6
Content and creator ramp
Brand kit, first batch of product videos, creator outreach at volume, and a live schedule that matches your category’s traffic.
- Week 7–12
Spend where it earned it
Paid budget goes to the assets that produced sales, not the ones that looked best. Weekly review, one page, the three changes for next week.
FAQ
Questions we get before the first call.
- How is the work priced?
- By scope. There is no rate card and no package to pick from — we quote after one conversation about what you actually need. Media is bought on your own ad account at a fixed serving rate.
- Do we keep our accounts and our data?
- Yes. We work inside your seller and ad accounts rather than through a reseller layer, so the history, the followers and the creative stay yours if we part ways.
- How quickly can you start?
- The account is live in the first month: audit and setup in weeks 1–2, content and creator ramp in weeks 3–6, paid spend from week 7 once the first numbers are in.
- We already have an agency. Is that a problem?
- No. Most of the first ninety days is spent removing what does not work, and that is easier to see from inside an account than from a pitch deck.
- Do you only work in Malaysia?
- No. Malaysia and Singapore first, then Thailand, the UK and the United States. The team sits in Kuala Lumpur and China, which is why sourcing and content production are not outsourced.
- Who makes the content — you or us?
- Either. Most clients take production from us and keep operations in-house; some do the opposite. The loop only compounds when both sides read the same numbers.
Next
Tell us which three you need.
We’ll scope the rest.
Most clients start with one service and add the others once the numbers make the case. There is no package to buy — the mix is set after the first conversation.
